What We Collect And How We Collect It

The Company only collects information that is provided by visitors who opt-in. In the same way, we only send information to those who have requested it. The information is collected when visitors complete any of our online forms below.

Electronic Newsletter. When registering for our electronic newsletter, visitors are asked to include their first name and email address. This information is required in order to receive our newsletter and download some free resources such as a white paper. We use a secure third-party email service provider (ESP) to collect, contact information and distribute our newsletter. We follow CAN-SPAM guidelines and provide subscribers the opportunity to opt-out at any time.

Contact Forms. If visitors want to inquire about our services, contributing to our blog, access exclusive content or ask a question, contact forms are available in various locations on our website. The minimum information required to complete a contact form are name, email and message plus additional information depending on the form purpose to gather information to provide a quote. This information is required in order to receive a response from the Company. We manage contact forms in-house. Based on your request, after submitting a contact form, the information is forwarded to the corresponding company email address and saved in a secure ESP database when a combined email opt-in submission is applicable.

Blog Comments. Visitors who want to engage with us can leave comments on blog posts using the Disqus application or WordPress native comments feature on our websites. The information required to comment is name and email. We only collect this to ensure you are a real person, not a spammer.

Cookies/IP Addresses. By using our websites you consent the use of cookies that comply with laws applicable in the United States. Like many companies, the Company may use “cookie” technology to track User visits to our Websites. Cookies are pieces of information that a web site transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. They enhance the online experience by saving your preferences while you are visiting a particular site. The cookies we use does not contain any personally identifying information and cannot profile your system or collect information from your hard drive. And although you may receive cookies from many sites, each cookie can only be read by the Web server that originally issued it. Users are identified by a unique string of numbers upon first Website visit.

Third parties, including Facebook, may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from Users visiting our websites and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. Users can opt-out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting.
