01 Sep WordCamp Los Angeles 2014
WordCamp Los Angeles is a casual, locally organized conference covering everything related to WordPress. This year, Fandom’s own WordPress expert, Rob Marlbrough, will be a social media ambassador while he covers the event on @downtownrob and guest Tweets from @wordcamplax. Follow #wclax for live updates. WordCamp L.A. is a weekend long event full of workshops for all levels of users, expert speaker sessions on topics varying from effective WordPress techniques to social media integration, and more.
In addition, we’re excited to announce that Fandom’s partner, copywriter, and Brands With Fans contributor, Anne McColl, will be hosting one of WordCamp’s many design workshops. Her session is called, “Copywriting for People Who Hate to Write,” and will provide tips and advice on how to make your website content more effective and meaningful. Her workshop will be held on Friday, September 5th at 10:50am.
