To appeal to the conscious consumers of Wild Selections sustainable seafood, Fandom Marketing created a content strategy that spoke to their tastes and lifestyle. We aligned it to peak timing for healthy recipes and seasonal ingredients trends to maximize clicks. Weekly recipes published to the website using custom WordPress blog pages were syndicated to Pinterest using Rich Pins for custom display of recipe metadata. Recipe content was repurposed in various formats for promotion to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram engaging audiences and driving traffic back to the website.

The combination of mobile friendly design, Rich Pins enabled web pages, and perfectly targeted creative, lead to viral success. Over three months Wild Selections saw a 320% increase in website visits, with 70% referred from Pinterest. This Spicy Tuna Pin gained an impressive 895,000 Pinterest impressions, over 281,500 repins and 70 people claiming to have tried the recipe!
