Just Float is a new age float therapy spa, at the time the largest float center in the world. While launching their first location they needed to build a customer database from the ground up. We upgraded their existing website with a conversion funnel to capture potential customers in a Mailchimp database for future marketing. The homepage shown in this example provides a look at the redesigned hero image and coupon offer form. Appointment scheduling was then integrated to the website to create an end-to-end purchase path. New customers could sign up for a coupon, receive an email with the grand opening announcement, “convert” by scheduling their first float, and continue to receive email updates with blogs inspiring them to make floating a lifestyle. We measured the success of the campaign with Google Analytics goals, custom event tracking, and data integrated from other customer touch points.
