Bumble Bee Seafoods needed to activate new loyalty members who joined Bee Bucks. The program provided rewards for living a healthy lifestyle by taking challenges, getting recipes, or logging fitness activities. With so much to do, we wanted to remind new members to come back to the website and educate them about the different ways they could earn rewards. We designed a drip marketing campaign in Mailchimp, which automated a series of emails reaching members. In addition, we integrated the loyalty and newsletter databases to expand users into other brand messaging outside the loyalty program.
