Wild Selections wanted an easy-to-update website that spoke to their “conscious consumer.” We redesigned the website in WordPress, providing creative vision, copywriting, and strategy to funnel visitors toward intent to purchase actions on their sustainable seafood products. We measured the success of the website with Google Analytics goals, Google Tag Manager and custom event tracking. Our developers used WooCommerce to display products with shopping disabled. This scalable approach provided database driven product pages, streamlining product updates and consistency. A special custom feature the tech team is especially proud of is this WWF donation ticker showing the progress of products sales toward WWF. To continue the sustainability experience, customers can search “Trace My Catch” using the code off their can to learn where their seafood was sourced.
A new recipes section powered by the WordPress blog houses recipes we wrote or sourced from influencers for syndication. The new blog provides SEO rich pages to capture organic search visits.
